Frequently Asked Questions
-
We offer evidence-based therapy rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and third-wave approaches like ACT, CFT, EMDR and Mindfulness. What that really means is: we use tools that work, tailored to how you work. We don’t follow a rigid script — we respond to you.

The first session is a space to slow down and take stock. We’ll gently explore what’s brought you here, what’s feeling difficult, and what you’d like to get from therapy. There’s no pressure to open up more than you’re ready for. It’s also a chance to see if we’re the right fit for each other.

-
That’s totally okay. You don’t need to come in with a label or a plan. We’ll figure it out together. Our therapists are trained to help guide the process — gently, collaboratively, and without judgment.
-
